Representative Sanders, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent               
that the referral to the House Special Committee on Economic                   
Development be waived for the following:

HOUSE BILL NO. 72                                                             
An Act repealing certain filing statements and bonds for                      
enforcement and collection of certain taxes and license fees;                  
relating to service of process on nonresident taxpayers; and                   
providing for an effective date.                                               
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
HB 72 was removed from the House Special Committee on Economic                 
Development and sent to the Labor & Commerce Committee with a                  
further referral to the Finance Committee.
